A sample of our many projects is presented below. Because every project offers a unique set of challenges, we adopt a property-specific approach when designing our repositioning programs. Capital projects span the gamut of cosmetic improvements such as painting and landscaping to more intensive development such as relocations of walls and electric service improvements.

We bring hands-on expertise in designing and, when necessary, implementing marketing and management improvement plans for our acquisitions. When in-house management is not required, we prefer to leverage our network of established property management companies and development partners with whom we've done business for many years.
