Finishing Touches At K-Town’s Next on Sixth

Century West Partners wrapping up work on new apartment complex with ground-floor Target.

Construction is now wrapping up for Next on Sixth, a multifamily residential development in Koreatown, and with move-ins now underway.

Located along 6th Street between Virgil and Commonwealth Avenues, the seven-story building features 398 apartments, a parking garage, and 20,000 square feet of retail space that has been leased by Target.

An official website for the project lists a variety of studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 443 square feet to 1,230 square feet.

Renters are provided access to several on-site amenities, including a courtyard-level spa, a fitness center, and a rooftop observation deck.

Next on Sixth is the second major build in Koreatown for developer Century West Partners, following the nearby K2LA apartments.
