CEI is a real estate investment company comprised of professionals who have been executing real estate investment strategies for the past three decades. Since its inception in 2001, CEI has been executing ground-up and value-add real estate projects in all asset classes, with primary focus on multifamily. We now seek an experienced Accountant in Los Angeles, CA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reconcile Bank Statements
- Process Invoices
- Financial Reports
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Monitor budgets and cost for each project
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Accounting or foreign equivalent plus 6 months experience plus experience using Excel required.
RATE OF PAY: $48,000.00 per year
