Trammell Crow JV Achieves Key Milestones At $1B Alameda Waterfront MXU Development

Los Angeles-based Century West Partners topped off Next On Sixth, a 398-unit apartment community slated to open later this year. The development team gathered at Los Angeles’ Koreatown site, at Sixth St. and Virgil Ave. to commemorate the construction milestone.

The stylish, seven-story development includes six upper floors featuring leading-edge designed units presented in studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floorplans. The ground level features a sophisticated lobby, and a 22,000-square-foot Target, one of just a few of its urban-concept retail stores to debut in Los Angeles.
