Alameda Point Waterfront District Master Development is a master planned community at the former site of The Naval Air Station on Alameda Island. When complete, the mixed-use development will include a total of 1284 residential units of which 321 are affordable, approximately 35,000 sf of commercial, urban park space, and waterfront amenities.
